Q: I don't have anything of value. Why would I need a safe?

For example a piece of jewelry may have sentimental value that is priceless.

Q: If the safe is only 110 lbs, can't someone just walk off with it?
A: No. The Blue Safe is secured to its location by our Mounting Plate, which is attached to any flat surface with four (4) points of security. Once attached, The Blue Safe can only be moved by you.

Q: Why is it called The Blue Safe?
A: The color blue represents security and the deep tone allows the unit to blend into most home color schemes.

Q: What if the safe is already damaged when it is delivered?
A: UPS is extremely reliable in their delivery. However, should your safe arrive damaged, delivery may be refused. Safemark's main concern is that you, the customer, are extremely thrilled by your purchase. If such a case arises, UPS will return the unit to us and we will send a new unit to you as soon as possible.

Q: If the safe is too heavy for me to lift or move, what am I supposed to do?
A: We recommend that you prepare for its arrival by contacting a handyman you trust to help you. Your letter will provide suggestions on how to move the safe once it arrives.

Q: What tools will I need to install the Blue Safe?
A: The Blue Safe is easily installed with only a few handyman tools.
The Blue Safe manual is very detailed and provides answers for almost every installation, programming, operating, key replacement, or battery related issue. However, we appreciate that there may be a few more questions out there and we want to make sure they are answered.
